Forward, both versions share s the same great Master Stateroom - the 2SR version has the added ensuite half-head with vanity. Both have an “Island Queen” - both have a pair of hanging lockers port & starboard - both have a 17” LCD TV with DVD player - both have opening hatch and portlights with screens.
Aft of the master is where the differences begin:
The 1SR version has and eat-in galley down (under the windscreen which becomes a sunny skylight). There is a roomy dinette, high-tech refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, washer/dryer, radiant cooktop and GE Profile Advantium microwave/speed-cook oven/hood.
The 2SR version has a study/guest & pantry down. The study is open to the passageway during the day - has an L-shaped settee, storage & a wall unit with TV and fold-down desk. The pantry is in the area just aft of the master and has a 2-drawer Vitrifrigo freezer with ice maker and extra storage for galley items.
Both versions share the same roomy head to port with stall shower, Vacuflush toilet and molded vanity. There is good storage and an opening portlight.
The 1SR deckhouse has a more open feeling - helm chairs are mounted on high-low pedestals and rotate to become loungers when not underway. To port, is an additional entry door along with the entertainment center. To starboard, is an L-shaped settee that converts to an extra-long double berth at night. The moveable, high-low table houses a pair of ottomans for extra dinner guests or comfortable foot rests pulled up to the lowered helm chairs or the settee. The 26” HD LCD TV is hidden behind a pair of pocketing doors, along with the DirecTV receiver and Bose home theater.
The 2SR deckhouse has a galley up to port with the same cooktop as on the 1SR version. Under the cooktop is a pair of Vitrifrigo refrigerator drawers. Opposite, is a pair of helm chairs with raised cabin sole and the GE Profile Advantium oven underneath. Aft of the galley to port is a love seat, rounding out the conversation area. Lift the seat, and the 26” HDTV is revealed in essentially the same viewing position as that of the 1SR version. The L-shaped sttee is virtually identical to that of the 1SR - the dining table is permanently mounted on an electric high-low pedestal and converts to a drop leaf coffee table or the base for the double berth. The ottoman from the study can be brought up for an extra dinner guest.
The helm is identical for both versions. Same Raymarine electronics - same joystick and electronic engine controls - same gauges - same great view over the bow at any speed. Natural ventilation is from the opening “Eyebrows” over the fixed windscreen - cooling and heat from the Cruise Air remote-mounted heat pump.
A word about the helm chairs: Island Pilot uses custom bucket seats, similar to a “Recaro-syled” seat normally found in a high-performance European sports sedan. These seats use the same color Ultraleather you choose for your other upholstery - they have adjustable back rests and individual arm rests. These seats hold you in place in a sea way and are comfortable for a full-day’s cruising. They even make great loungers or a spot to catch a quick nap.
The exteriors are the same. Both versions have the same roomy aft deck with superb access to the motors. Both have the built-in wet bar with ice-box drawer - both have the molded in step leading down to the 24” integral swim platform - both have the same slanted steps leading to the bridge - both have the same wide decks surrounding the accommodation.
